The shutters arrived yesterday. They were packaged perfectly and match marvelously with our other 12 shutters. Excuse the delay, but I want you to know the Shutters we ordered arrived in excellent condition less than 18 hours after your shipment via FedEx. The boxes were battered about a bit but your superb packing prevented any internal damage (the bubble wrap will be saved for this year's Holiday gift wrapping).
Our Painting Contractor was impressed (as were we) with the quality of your product, and requested information about your Firm to assist another client.
The shutters have been primed and painted and now await installation. When done we'll get a .Jpeg picture to you of the finished job.
All in all, you were true to your word in all respects, and have gained a considerable amount of business "Good Will" with this Customer.
We'll pass on your Company's name when ever the opportunity permits.

Last fall I had promised I would send you pictures of our residence once the shutters we purchased from you last October had been painted and installed. Well, winter kept us indoors, and I did not think you would want to see mounds of snow obscuring your handiwork. So, with the first signs of spring we've taken those shots (see attached).
Paula is ecstatic with the results - as am I. You have her permission to use any or all of them in any promotional material you wish. I only ask that you keep our names out of the material.

Great to hear from you. We are thoroughly enjoying our shutters! They really make a big difference in the facade of our home.
Anyway, yes, on the stain. We stained our front door the same color it is MinWax Provincial 211. I think we used 2 coats on the shutters and then sealed them with 2 coats of clear satin.

These shutters look GREAT! The chamfers/bevels look really nice (much better than my previous shutters). I wish my original shutters looked this nice. Luckily, these will hang on a different area of the house, so hopefully the difference won't be too obvious.
Someday, maybe I'll re-order the others based on this improved craftsmanship.

We are about 60% of the way with painting the exterior of our house -- doing it ourselves because, yes, the economy is nauseating :( I will definitely come to you for my shutters, but in the interest of household cash flow, I may need to buy them a couple sets at a time. Do you have a minimum shutter or dollar quantity? I turned my friend Nicole Y. onto your website and she bought all of her shutters from you and they look gorgeous on her house.
