At Wood Shutters Direct customer service is our number one priority. If you have a problem, call us and let's talk about it. There is almost certainly something we can do. Peruse these policies and we think you will see that our number one focus is always on meeting the customer's needs.

Product Warranty & Returns

The bottom line: we warranty the materials and workmanship and will take your shutters back if you see a problem in the first 30 days. After that the life of the shutters depends entirely on what you do with them - whether you paint them, how you hang them, etc, all of which are completely out of our control.

Shipping

The bottom line: we use FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. You will get an email with a tracking number. We do insure the packages.

Privacy Policy

The bottom line: Rest assured, we will never ever share your personal information with anyone who calls you, e-mails you, sends you junk mail, etc. But you should be aware that running a modern online business requires partnerships with companies that provide valuable online services (like PayPal, Google, Visa, etc.).
