At Wood Shutters Direct, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have a problem, call us and let's talk about it. There is almost certainly something we can do. Peruse these policies you will see that our true focus is always on meeting the customer's needs.
We warranty our materials and workmanship and will take your shutters back if there is a problem with either in the first 30 days. After that, the life of the shutters depends entirely on what you do with them - whether you paint them, how you hang them, if you’ve stored them etc, all of which are completely out of our control.
We use UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. You will receive an email with the tracking number(s) once your shutters ship and we do insure the packages.
Rest assured, we will never ever share your personal information with anyone. Regardless, you should be aware that operating a modern online business requires “partnerships” with companies that provide valuable online services (like PayPal, Google, Visa, etc.) and we are confident that they are as interested in protecting your data as we are. That being said, you are always welcome to call us directly and place your order with a live person.
